Getting Started
FaithGrind is built for men rebuilding after job loss, tough breaks, or major life setbacks. We focus on faith, discipline, and practical action. No judgment, just support.
Not at all. FaithGrind welcomes men at any stage of faith. Our content is non-denominational and focused on practical guidance grounded in faith principles. You don't need to be "religious enough." Just open to rebuilding.
After creating your account, you'll set your primary focus area (career rebuilding, mental health, personal growth, etc.). From there, FaithGrind recommends courses, articles, and daily check-ins tailored to where you are right now.
Plans are $10/month or $100/year. Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, card required, so you can try it without risk. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
You check in the next day. That is the whole protocol. Your streak resets, but nothing in FaithGrind shames you, locks you out, or makes you explain yourself. The coach picks up where you actually are, not where the calendar says you should be. Falling back is part of rebuilding. Quitting is the only failure. And if you are in a dark place tonight, call or text 988 any hour. The Needing Help button in the app has those numbers one tap away.
Yes. Accountability pairing is built in. Opt in and you get matched with another man working the same kind of rebuild. You share a private chat and can see each other's streaks. Weekly nudges keep you both honest. You can unpair anytime. No group calls, no meetings, no audience. One man who knows your name.
No. FaithGrind is private by default. There are no group meetings, no mandatory introductions, no open comment feeds. The one community surface, the Win Wall, is a wall of one-sentence wins with no likes and no comments, and you can post anonymously or never post at all. Nobody here performs. Men just do the work.
Yes. FaithGrind is on the App Store and Google Play, and your account works everywhere. Check in from your phone in the morning, read a course on your laptop at night. Same streak, same coach, same progress.
FaithGrind is built for the United States right now. Pricing is in US dollars, text reminders are US-only, and the crisis resources we point to (like 988) are US services. If you are elsewhere, you can still use the web app, but some features and resources will not fit your country yet.
Courses & Learning
Seven courses, each built for a different front of the rebuild: The Foundation (21 days of daily discipline), Breaking Free, Mind Over Battle, Faith and Mental Strength, Getting Back on Your Feet, Job Readiness 101, and Intro to AI. Each course includes short lessons, reflection questions, and downloadable resources you can use the same day.
Most courses are broken into short, focused lessons you can complete in 10 to 15 minutes. You can work through them at your own pace. There are no deadlines or pressure.
Yes. Your primary focus area guides your daily check-in questions and course recommendations, but you can update it anytime in your profile settings. Your focus evolves, and FaithGrind grows with you.
The Daily Check-in is a 2 to 3 minute reflection that matches your personal focus area. You answer questions about your progress, set goals, and track what you are doing. It builds accountability and helps you stay focused on what matters.
Your AI coach
A faith-based coach that knows where you are because you tell it. Every day it writes you a short briefing: what you are up against, one concrete move before dark, and a tool for the moment the pull hits. Want to talk something through? The chat is right there inside it, any hour. The coach reads what you share with it. That is how it coaches you. You can turn that off anytime in your vault settings.
No. The AI coach is a support tool, not a licensed therapist or counselor. It gives faith-based encouragement and practical guidance. For mental health care, see a professional. If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any hour. Inside the app, the Needing Help button puts those numbers one tap away.
A door that is always there in the app. If you are in crisis, tap it to immediately reach the crisis hotlines (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, SAMHSA 1-800-662-4357), a guided breathing exercise, and a scripture for the moment. No login is required for the crisis numbers.
Here is exactly how it works. Your conversations are encrypted where they are stored. Nobody sells them, nobody uses them for ads, and they are never used to train outside AI models. The coach itself reads them, because remembering what you told it is what makes it useful. If you want the coach to stop reading your history, flip data sharing off in your vault settings. Other members never see any of it.
Account & Billing
You get full access to faith-based courses, practical articles, downloadable resources (resume templates, interview guides, planning worksheets), the Daily Check-in system, and your AI coach. New content is added regularly and all included in your subscription.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is securely processed and never stored on our servers.
Yes. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, so cancel before it ends and you will not be charged at all. If you subscribed on the web and already made your first payment, email info@faithgrind.com within 30 days of that payment and we will refund you in full. After 30 days, cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Purchases made inside the iPhone or Android app are handled by Apple or Google, so request those refunds through them.
Sponsored memberships exist for exactly this. Churches, organizations, and individual sponsors fund seats for men who cannot cover the cost yet. Apply on our sponsors page and if a seat is available, you get a full year, everything included, no strings. When you are back on your feet, you can pay it forward. That is the whole model.
Privacy & Security
Yes. Your data is encrypted where it is stored, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. We use a small set of service providers to run the product: Stripe for payments, Brevo for email and text reminders, and the AI provider that powers your coach. Each one is named in our privacy policy. None of them get your data for their own use. What you write in FaithGrind is for coaching you, nothing else.
Not unless you choose it. Your check-ins, progress, and everything you tell the coach are private by default. The only things other members ever see are what you post yourself: a win on the Win Wall (anonymous if you want) or your streak, if you pair with an accountability partner. Both are opt-in. Skip them and nothing you do is visible to anyone.
Open your profile settings and tap Delete account, or go to faithgrind.com/delete-account. This is permanent. We cannot undo it. Deleting cancels any active subscription, removes your login, and erases your check-ins, coach conversations and memory, plans, wins, notes, and vault entries. We keep only what the law requires, like billing records for taxes. We finish the job within 30 days. Lost access to your account? Email info@faithgrind.com and we will handle it.
No. FaithGrind is not a blocker or a monitoring app. It does not watch your browsing, scan your phone, read your messages, or use accessibility permissions to track what you do. It knows exactly one thing: what you choose to type or say into it. That is the deal, and it does not change.
Your coach does. That is the point of it. The coach reads your check-ins and conversations so it can coach the real you, not a stranger. No human at FaithGrind is sitting there reading your entries, your data is never sold or used for ads, and it is never used to train outside AI models. If you want the coach to stop reading your history too, turn data sharing off in your vault settings. Then it coaches blind.
